Following the successful completion of the projects in Romania, on behalf of Business-Navigation LTD, Sir Zahal Levy was appointed Vice President of Business Development at the headquarters of Euromedic International. In this role, he worked closely with the Business Navigation team of medical and healthcare experts, together with Euromedic International’s management and technical specialists, to develop and implement healthcare projects across Europe.

The team was actively involved in the planning, development, and delivery of major healthcare facilities in numerous cities, including Istanbul, Athens, Banja Luka, Wrocław, and others. Working around the clock, they successfully established dialysis centres, diagnostic imaging centres, outpatient clinics, and other healthcare facilities designed to fulfil Public-Private Partnership (PPP) agreements with the National Health Funds of their respective countries, in cooperation with local Ministries of Health.

Through the consultancy and strategic development programmes led by Sir Zahal Levy, Business Navigation continued to create significant value for Euromedic International, supporting its expansion into one of the leading healthcare service providers in Central and Eastern Europe. This growth ultimately culminated in the sale of the company to Affidea in a transaction valued at approximately €1.2 billion, representing one of the most significant healthcare investments in the region.
